1. Satisfaction Guarantee
LinguaFlow Academy stands behind the quality of our language education. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from your enrollment date for all courses and programs.
2. Full Refund Eligibility
You qualify for a 100% refund if you request it within 14 days of enrollment and meet these conditions:
- Attended fewer than 3 live classes
- Completed less than 20% of self-paced modules
- No certificates or credentials have been issued
- Request made in writing to support@linguaflow.ca
3. Partial Refund Schedule
After the 14-day period, partial refunds may be available based on course completion:
- Days 15-30: 75% refund available
- Days 31-60: 50% refund available
- After 60 days: No refunds, but course transfer options available
4. Special Circumstances
We may provide exceptions to our standard policy for:
- Medical Emergency: Full refund with medical documentation
- Technical Issues: Platform problems preventing course access
- Instructor Unavailability: Scheduled instructor becomes unavailable
- Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course, full refund provided
5. Monthly Subscription Refunds
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date
- No refunds for partial months already billed
- Access continues until end of paid period
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
6. One-on-One Tutoring
- Cancel individual sessions with 24-hour notice
- Unused session credits expire after 3 months
- Credit refunds available within first 2 sessions
- Make-up sessions for instructor cancellations
7. Group Course Transfers
Instead of refunds, you may transfer to:
- Different language course (same or lower price)
- Later start date for the same course
- Different time slot or instructor
- Course credit valid for 12 months
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital materials already downloaded
- Completed certification exams
- Custom study plans or assessments
- Third-party software or textbook purchases
9. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:
- Email support@linguaflow.ca with "Refund Request" in subject
- Include your full name, enrollment date, and reason
- Provide any supporting documentation
- We'll respond within 2 business days
Processing Time:
- Approval decision within 3 business days
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear
- PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days
10. Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- Request escalation to our Education Director
- Provide additional context or documentation
- Final decisions made within 7 business days
- Appeals process available for complex cases
11. Canadian Consumer Rights
This policy complements your rights under Canadian consumer protection laws. If local regulations provide stronger protections, those take precedence.
