By accessing LinguaFlow Academy's services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable Canadian laws. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

LinguaFlow Academy provides online language learning services including:

• Live interactive language classes
• Self-paced learning modules
• One-on-one tutoring sessions
• Cultural immersion programs
• Language proficiency assessments
• Educational certificates and credentials

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all account activity
• Notify us immediately of any security breaches

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Payment due in advance for all courses
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Price changes apply to future billing cycles

5. Course Policies

Attendance

• Regular attendance is essential for progress
• Missed classes may be made up within 30 days
• Excessive absences may result in course termination

Behavior Standards

• Respectful communication with instructors and peers
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate content
• Academic honesty in all assessments
• Compliance with virtual classroom guidelines

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including lessons, videos, and resources, are proprietary to LinguaFlow Academy. Students may:

• Access materials during active enrollment
• Download specified resources for personal use
• NOT share, distribute, or reproduce content
• NOT use materials for commercial purposes

7. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for:

• Reliable internet connection
• Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
• Updated browser and software
• Headset or microphone for speaking practice

9. Limitation of Liability

LinguaFlow Academy strives for excellence but cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms

These terms are governed by Canadian federal law and the laws of Ontario. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Active students will be notified of significant changes 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
